Open Question: What Webcam do I need?

First off, I dont have alot of money to spend on this, probably about $20 (US. if you didnt already catch that) second, I dont know at all! if i have to get a certain one.. or what i need. or ANYTHING. all I need, is a webcam that i can use with skype. I have a desktop, *not sure if that matters* just any ideas on whats the best and what i need?Answer QuestionBe the first to answer this question.
