Open Question: Whats the diff. between an Asus P8H67 and P8P67?

That would be the chipset. P67 is a performance chipset, whereas h67 is an entry level chipset. As you can quickly note, the performance board has a lot more expansion, better parts, and more goodies because of the extra power of the p67 chipset.

If you are plopping in a good cpu (4 cores or 'k' edition processor, or planning to overclock) get the p67 board. otherwise you'll be blowing money, so just get the h67 board.

If you aren't getting a discrete graphics card, you'll have to use h67 anyways.
